- Dr. Petrus Raulino was approved in Medicine after eliminatory tests (entrance examinations) at three of the best universities in his country: UNICAMP (State University of Campinas), USP (University of Sao Paulo) and UNESP (Sao Paulo State University).

- Always studious, he was approved in the eliminatory tests by universities straight from high school, skipping the step of preparatory course for entrance examinations.

- He was ranked in the 19th place in the eliminatory test for Medicine at UNICAMP, where he graduated as a medical doctor.

- Medical Residency in General Surgery at the General Hospital of UNICAMP (2000-2002).

- He worked as physician in Intensive Care Units of several hospitals, applying clinical-surgical knowledge to medical practice with a generalist view about the various biological systems of critically ill patients.

He was ranked in 1st place in the selection process for Medical Residency in Psychiatry at UNICAMP (2003).

He was ranked in 1st place in the selection process for Medical Residency in Psychotherapy at UNICAMP (2003).

- He received the title of Specialist in Psychiatry from the Brazilian Medical Association / Brazilian Psychiatric Association (AMB/ABP).

- Skilled in the care of patients with acute psychiatric conditions hospitalized in psychiatric ward integrated to General Hospital.

- Experienced in assessing psychiatric risk and clinical criteria for psychiatric hospitalization.

- Responsible for the Consultation - Liaison Psychiatry Service, which performs psychiatric evaluations at the request of physicians from the various clinical and surgical specialties of Vera Cruz Hospital and Vera Cruz Casa de Saúde who work on emergency rooms, Intensive Care Units and wards.

- The main scope of the Consultation - Liaison Psychiatry Service is the psychiatric risk assessment of critical situations such as psychomotor agitation and suicidal behavior, with the aim of delivering qualified assistance, safety and effective patient flow management.

- The Consultation - Liaison Psychiatry Service provides support to and oversees the care practices for patients with primary or secondary psychiatric disorders at Vera Cruz Hospital and Vera Cruz Casa de Saúde.

- Master of Science from the Graduate Program in Business at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting of USP (2013-2015).

- In the national ANPAD test (used by USP and other Brazilian universities as one of the phases of the graduate selecting process, his results were strong in logical and analytical reasoning (the score of the former was among the top 1% in the country, and of the latter among the top 2%).

- His research focused on the relationship between career attitudes and mental health aspects of healthcare managers working in the turbulent environment defined as the New Economy.

- In addition to the aspects of mental health, his research related to aspects of other fields of knowledge (Organizational Behavior and People Management, the latter also known as Human Resources Management).

- He was a member of EGOS European Group for Organizational Studies and AOM Academy of Management. Dr. Petrus Raulino presented research articles on career and mental health at international congresses such as the 28th EGOS Colloquium, Helsinki (2012), 8th Iberoamerican Academy Conference - EAESP / FGV (São Paulo, 2013) and 74th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (Philadelphia, 2014).
