Dr. Petrus Raulino Psiquiatria Cl\u00ednica is a private medical practice of the highest standard in the field of Psychiatry in Campinas, in the best environment with a space-concept mentality. We call it Clinical Psychiatry to emphasize the medical basis of psychiatry.<\/span><\/p>

Our office seeks to give a touch of refinement, discretion and elegance to the tireless ideal of delivering medical consultations to the highest standard of service in biologically-based Clinical Psychiatry and, when clinically indicated, Clinical Psychopharmacology for adults and the elderly.<\/span><\/p>

That is our goal, to find the means to the best results. We know it's impossible to achieve them without a lot of commitment and persistence.<\/span><\/p>

We start from the assumption that scientific and technological advances evolve in global waves.<\/span><\/p>

Speaking in this way, it's clear that being at the cutting edge of scientific knowledge implies a world view that pushes psychiatrists to evolve beyond their comfort zone.<\/span><\/p>

And that's exactly our purpose. It couldn't be any different, as we work in a knowledge-intensive medical field.<\/span><\/p>

Our relentless pursuit is to offer the best scientific knowledge aligned with a sophisticated view of the world. Sophisticated? Yes, because thinking in a dynamic, modern world, where uncertainty about the future is the norm, requires a capacity for abstraction and analysis.<\/span><\/p>

Again, we are aware of the boldness of the above challenge. But without a lofty ideal, it's difficult to achieve great things.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Psychiatrists are highly involved in the world of knowledge. We believe that there is an abundance of information in the world, but a shortage of knowledge. Faced with an overwhelming amount of data, what makes the difference is knowledge.<\/span><\/p>

The knowledge to \"pick out\" what is relevant, make sense of it and apply it in a useful way. And that kind of knowledge is difficult to develop. You have to specialize and take pleasure in it.<\/span><\/p>

That's why, in our consultations, we tirelessly seek to deliver the best knowledge that will make a difference. But we also believe that it's not enough to have an exclusively technical view of life.<\/span><\/p>

So we try to adapt our way of being to the human vision of a contemporary world that is increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (some scholars call this world by the initials \"VICA\").<\/span><\/p>

In this way, we have a reference point for \"pinpointing\" and applying technical knowledge that makes sense. Always keeping our minds open to changes in knowledge.<\/span><\/p>
